When choosing the SunRail^TM,

1. Decide the design of each section: glass panel, horizontal wire or vertical spindle or a combination
   
   
2. Decide the length of each section (rails are available in 4', 5', 6' or custom lengths, drilled or undrilled)
   
   
3. Decide the use of lights in your railing system (MicroStar kits contain 1 light for installation in the top rail's underside. Additional lights can be added depending on the sectional design. How will you power the lights? Our solar panel offers automatic lighting of up to 20 MicroStars. A converter box to wire them into household current can also be used.)
   
   
4. Decide the height: 37" or 43" (Check your building regulations.)
   
   
5. Select components for the frame construction. (including the MicroStar if the rail is to be lit.)
   
   
6. Select components for the sectional design.
   
   
7. Select components for the stairs.
